The ranking is based on disclosed brackets

Within JAT.Cool’s current verified set, McCormick has the largest aggregate Bitcoin ETF purchase range: 24 BITB buys reported across 2025, totaling $745,000 to $1.8 million when the lower and upper endpoints are added separately.

Ro Khanna and Sheri Biggs each reported an IBIT purchase in the $100,001 to $250,000 bracket. Byron Donalds reported a $50,001 to $100,000 purchase of the Grayscale Bitcoin Mini Trust ETF. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s six IBIT purchases combine to $6,006 to $90,000.

ETF exposure is not wallet ownership

BITB, IBIT and the Grayscale fund are securities designed to provide Bitcoin exposure. The member owns fund shares, not the fund’s underlying Bitcoin in a personal wallet. That is why the tracker keeps ETF activity distinct from direct cryptocurrency disclosures.

What the numbers cannot tell us

Transaction reports do not reveal an exact purchase amount inside a bracket and do not prove that the position is still held. They also cannot establish motive, knowledge or profit. The useful public-interest questions concern timing, ownership codes, filing delays and overlap with policymaking responsibilities.
