US gambling rules and regulated online-casino markets are jurisdiction-specific. A national-looking website is not proof that an offer is permitted where a reader is located.

Check the relevant regulator’s official list, not only a logo displayed by the operator. Pennsylvania, for example, publishes its interactive-gaming operators and authorized sites.

Casino gaming, sports wagering, sweepstakes-style products and social games can have different rules. Do not collapse them into one category because a product accepts crypto.
